Ohio Firefighter Dies After Fall Through Floor During Blaze
In Southwest Ohio, due to a fire in the house, a firefighter died after falling down from a floor, said authorities.
In Hamilton, this fire burst out and after 1 a.m. the force arrived there, said the fire officials.
There was huge smoke and expected that there could some people trapped by the fire inside the home when the crew reached there but actually here was nobody inside.
The city’s director of public safety, J. Scott Scrimizzi said hurriedly when all received from firefighter. Steve Dawson, the Fire Chief said that the firefighter falls down from floor to the basement.
Officials said that the firefighter took to Fort Hamilton Hospital as he rescued by Hamilton firefighters and CPR performed over it but he died.
This was a bad day for the City of Hamilton, said Scrimizzi.
As no more injuries mentioned and the incident is under investigation.
The firefighters union of Cincinnati posted a message of sympathy on its Facebook.
The message stated, they sent their deepest condolences and sympathies friends, family and fellow firefighters.
